Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using the DanMusselman.com website, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

DanMusselman.com is owned and Operated by Dan Musselman Music LLC (“Dan Musselman Music”). A contract will not exist between you and Dan Musselman Music until your purchase has been made and your purchase confirmation has been sent to the email address you specified when you made your order. Dan Musselman Music reserves the right not to accept any order.

1. Usage

1a. Digital Sheet Music

When purchasing digital sheet music from Dan Musselman Music you are purchasing the right to:

• download the digital files for personal use only; and

• print each copy of sheet music ordered for personal use only.

You DO NOT have the right to:

• redistribute the sheet music in any form or file format for commercial or any other purposes, or

• alter, edit or tamper with the sheet music file or print-out, other than alterations authorized by Dan Musselman Music. 

1b. Audio Downloads - Recordings Purchased for Personal Use (“Recordings”)

You may only use audio downloads purchased for personal use (products sold as “recordings”) from Dan Musselman Music for personal, non-commercial, use. When purchasing recordings from Dan Musselman Music, you are purchasing the right to:

• listen to your downloaded file on your PC an unlimited number of times,

• burn audio downloads to an audio CD up to 2 times, and

• transfer audio downloads to a portable device up to 2 times.

Dan Musselman Music reserves the right to change the rights granted in these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

If products from our online catalog are removed or changed at any time, Dan Musselman Music shall not be liable to you in any way.

You DO NOT have the right to:

• Redistribute downloaded products to third parties by any means.

• Rent, give, or lend downloaded products to third parties.

• Perform, show, broadcast (by any means) downloaded recordings purchased for personal use in public,

• Attempt to circumvent, alter, or in any other way modify any copy-protection technologies placed on downloads offered for sale from Dan Musselman Music.

• Incorporate or sample the music as a part of a new musical composition, arrangement or recording and upload to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or any other Digital Streaming Platform.

Use of the DanMusselman.com website requires compatible hardware, internet access, and certain software. The performance of our service can be affected by the quality of these factors. You accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that these requirements (which may change occasionally) are met by your system.

3. Prices

Price information displayed on the DanMusselman.com website is subject to change without prior notice.

4. Returns

The sheet music and audio materials offered by Dan Musselman Music are digitally delivered immediately after purchase. As such, we are unable to process returns. 

5. Refunds

You will be charged immediately after placing your order. If you have trouble with your purchased products, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to help you resolve your problem. If we are unable to resolve the problem, a refund may be issued. Dan Musselman Music shall then have no further liability to you.

6. Jurisdiction

All purchases from DanMusselman.com are subject to United States Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States courts.
